Fiesta Lama Terms of Service

The general terms of business define the mutual relations and represent the basis for the conclusion of the Agreement on the sale of tickets for sports, music and other cultural events (hereinafter: Events), between the online service Fiesta Lama (hereinafter: Fiesta Lama) and the buyer of tickets for events ( hereinafter: Customer).

Article 1.
Fiesta Lama performs the service of selling tickets for individual events on behalf and for the account of the event organizer (hereinafter: Organizer) and provides support for faster organization and distribution of events.

Article 2.
Tickets for events can be ordered online by the customer. The order is fixed and binding and cannot be changed or cancelled. It is possible to transfer the paid ticket to another customer who also has an account on the Fiesta Lama platform. Mandatory elements of the order are: name, surname, contact phone number, address and e-mail address (for business users and company name, ID and VAT number). Fiesta Lama reserves the right to adjust the mandatory elements of the order according to needs.

Article 3.
The customer guarantees the accuracy and truthfulness of the data from the previous article. If the Buyer provides incorrect or false information in the order, the Buyer bears all responsibility for the consequences that arise as a result, in accordance with the law. Fiesta Lama is not responsible for damage caused by the Customer to third parties through illegal behavior. Fiesta Lama is not responsible for the violation of the Customer's right to privacy and security committed on the Internet by a third party. Fiesta Lama is not responsible for damage caused to the Customer or a third party due to the breach of the Customer's obligation to maintain the confidentiality of information about the content of the data from his order.

Article 4.
The online order becomes binding for the Customer at the moment of clicking on the "Reserve Now" or "Pay Now" link, and for the Fiesta Lama at the moment of assigning the transaction number, which is automatically assigned in the last step of the purchase/reservation procedure. Fiesta Lama confirmation of the completed transaction automatically sends to the Customer via e-mail If the e-mail address of the customer is incorrect, and it is registered as such on the Fiesta Lama server, Fiesta Lama does not guarantee the correct performance of the ordering process.

Article 5.
It is currently not possible to select seats for individual performances through the platform, and all issued tickets will be issued without seat markings. When this functionality becomes available, seats will be allocated according to the principle of the best available seats at the time of ordering, if the customer is not given the opportunity to choose his seat directly from the seating plan via the Internet.

Article 6.
The customer must pay for and pick up the ordered ticket within the period indicated on the system, which is displayed during payment. Fiesta Lama does not sell physical tickets at points of sale, so they can only be collected online/digitally. If the customer does not make the payment of the ticket amount within the specified period, it will be automatically canceled and returned to sale without further warnings. In that case, the buyer loses all rights that arose from the ordering process. Payment can only be made online via credit card.

Article 7.
Fiesta Lama has no obligation to bear any costs that may arise for the Customer due to the cancellation or postponement of the date of the event. Especially, in case of cancellation of the event, where the Organizer makes a decision on the method and dynamics of refunding the money from the purchased ticket based on its internal rules. The organizer is obliged to make a full refund if there is a cancellation and it has already been transferred to the organizer's account. Every customer is obliged to contact the organizer directly for a refund.

Article 8.
Fiesta Lama does not issue refunds at the user's request, if the tickets for that event cannot be used by the customer for any reason, except in the case when the event is canceled or extended, in which case the customer should contact the organizer directly according to the instructions provided by to provide the Fiesta Lama and/or the Organizer. Costs for events that have been held are not refundable! If the user mistakenly made two payments or otherwise paid a higher price than he should have, the additional costs are also non-refundable!

Article 9.
The general terms and conditions of business are published on the internet address fiestalama.com and it is considered that the Customer, at the moment of pressing the "Buy" button, has confirmed that he is familiar with these terms and that he agrees with their application.

Article 10.
The general terms and conditions of business, as well as their amendments and additions, enter into force at the moment of their publication on the internet address fiestalama.com. Fiesta Lama reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions.

Article 11.
In the event of a disagreement regarding the implementation of this Agreement, the parties undertake to try to resolve the resulting dispute by agreement, and if unsuccessful, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Court in Sarajevo.
