2. When creating a user account, which is required for purchasing tickets, we collect your name, surname and e-mail address, and sometimes your gender and age.

So that you and we can sleep peacefully knowing that all your tickets are safe and that you will be able to access them at any time and successfully enter the desired event even if you lose the e-mail with the tickets, we ask you to open Fiesta before purchasing Lama user account to which all future purchased tickets will be linked. Also, the user account allows us to make your next purchase at Fiesta Lama faster, because we will be able to enter some of your data that we already know in advance for you. For this purpose, we collect and process your name, surname and e-mail address to which we will send the purchased tickets. If you decided to create a user account via the Facebook login option, in that case, depending on your privacy settings on Facebook, we also collect your gender and age - exclusively for statistical purposes of analyzing the habits of ticket buyers. You can also enter or update your name, surname, gender and age at any time via your user profile on the Fiesta Lama application.

Who we share this data with:
At the time of ticket purchase, we process the name and surname on behalf of the Organizer of the event whose tickets we sell, and forward them to the Organizer for the purpose of controlling entrances and visitor records. We forward the e-mail address to the organizer only if there is a need to send important information to the buyer related to purchased tickets, such as - cancellation or change of event date, change of location, change of program, etc., so that the Organizer can successfully perform the contracted service.
3. When buying tickets with a bank card, we process data about the card and the card holder
Why we process this data:
We collect and process data about the bank card (card number, expiration date, CVC number) and cardholder (name and surname of the cardholder, address of the cardholder) in order to be able to charge the order and issue tickets for the desired event through a partner payment processor.
How long we keep this data:
Bank card data is sensitive data that, for security reasons, we never store in our systems, but forward it directly to our partner payment processor - the WSPay system, via a secure SSL connection. In the Fiesta Lama system, we store only the last 4 digits of the card number, as well as information about the card owner, so that we can more easily detect and eliminate any problems or your complaints when buying tickets. We keep this data for 12 years from the date of ticket purchase.
Who we share this data with:
We forward the above data directly to the partner payment processor - the WSPay system, via a secure SSL connection.
4. When purchasing tickets, in certain cases the Event Organizer via Fiesta Lama requires additional data from the customer, which we collect on his behalf, so that the Organizer can perform the contracted service.
Since Fiesta Lama is an automated platform for organizing events and selling tickets, each Event Organizer has the ability to define and request certain information from customers before completing the purchase. The data that the Organizer collects through Fiesta Lama is clearly marked and Fiesta Lama directly forwards this data to the Organizer. The organizer can define any such information as mandatory or optional for completing the purchase. These data sometimes serve the Organizer as a prerequisite for the fulfillment of the service (e.g. T-shirt size information, country of origin information, customer e-mail address, first and last name of each ticket holder, etc.), sometimes as statistical information for the purpose of later analysis or in any any other purpose defined by the Event Organizer. Fiesta Lama does not control the type of data that individual Organizers request from ticket buyers, but this is entirely within the competence of the Organizers. Although Fiesta Lama requires the Organizer to protect and carefully store customer data based on the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we advise you to contact the Organizer for detailed information and study its Data Protection Statement.

This data is processed by Fiesta Lama in order to be able to forward it to the Event Organizer, for whom this data is sometimes a prerequisite for the successful execution of the service to you (the customer). Fiesta Lama employees who work in the departments of finance, customer support, marketing and sales have access to all the above data. In addition to the employees of Fiesta Lama, the company Digital Ocean Holdings INC from America, which provides us with the hosting service of the www.fiestalama.com system and the complete database, also has access to the aforementioned data.

Fiesta Lama uses web cookies ("cookies"). Cookies are small files that your browser automatically stores when you visit Internet pages, and they serve various functions. At Fiesta Lama, we divide cookies into: basic cookies, which are used to log into the Fiesta Lama system and display pages normally, and without which the functioning of Fiesta Lama is not possible, and analytical cookies, which are used for anonymous analysis of system usage and behavior monitoring, without which you cannot could adjust the content and improve Fiesta Lama to make it better with each subsequent use of the system.

If you want us to delete your data from the system, send us an email to support@fiestalama.com with a request for deletion and it will be done within 48 hours.

You have the right to obtain a limitation of the processing of your personal data, which can be requested, for example, if you have filed an objection to data processing, if you doubt the accuracy of the personal data being processed or the legality of their processing, but you do not want the data to be deleted, or those still needed for the fulfillment of legal requirements.
5. The right to data portability
If the processing is based on your consent or is carried out for the purpose of executing a contract concluded with you, and at the same time is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data that we have received from you. If you request, we will transfer your personal data directly to another data controller, if the same is technically feasible.

The central database of the Fiesta Lama system, as well as most of the data mentioned here, is located on our servers (servers) located in Germany (EU), in the premises of the company Digital Ocean Holdings Inc. which provides us with hosting services.
The data we collect using third parties and their services may be located outside the European Union, which depends on the physical locations of the servers of individual services. The partner services we use, which we know use servers outside the EU, are:
Google Analytics, G-suite (Gmail), Mailchimp, Freshdesk, Hotjar, Olark. All the listed services are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Security, storage and protection of data
Personal data will be stored and processed within the legal term and protected by adequate security measures in accordance with the latest data protection security standards. All data is backed up several times a day, there are strict procedures for accessing the data center and database. Despite the fact that we take all the necessary measures, please note that no internet site is 100% safe, e.g. hacker attacks, various failures on the computer network and infrastructure and other situations that we cannot influence. In addition, no computer is 100% safe from hacking or unwanted downloads, so we recommend that you use all available measures to secure your computer and browser from such unwanted situations.
In the unlikely event of unauthorized access by a third party to Fiesta Lama's computer systems, we will definitely inform you about it as soon as we become aware of such a situation so that you, too, can take adequate measures.
